CONGENIA INTEGRACION S.L. (CONGENIA), based in Donostia-San Sebastian (Spain), Almortza kalea 2, is registered in the Registro Mercantil de Gipuzkoa, with CIF number B-20536215.
CONGENIA offers access to the website WEEKLYLETTER.COM (hereafter, the website) subject to the following conditions:-
1) The provision of access to the website is free of charge. However, CONGENIA reserves the right to restrict access, at their convenience, to some services by means of a password.
2) The user is aware that, in adding a comment to any article on the website, s/he is visibly making public her/his name or pseudonym to everyone who views the website. Users' e-mails will not be published. They will be used only to send the user his or her corresponding activation link, to remind the user about his or her username and password, and, occasionally, for important communications from CONGENIA. 4) CONGENIA guarantees that all the website's articles respect the principes of personal dignity and non-discrimination on grounds of race, gender, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance and the principle of protection of young people and infants.
5) CONGENIA is in no way responsible for the opinions expressed by website users in the comments posted alongside the articles and does not, necessarily, identify with them. CONGENIA will make strenuous efforts to ensure that the users' comments conform to the principles indicated in clause 4 and reserves the right to eliminate any comment which, in its judgement, contravene those principles or the commercial interests of the company.
