Valentine’s Day is celebrated on February 14th. During Sant Jordi couples exchange flowers and books, but on Valentine’s Day couples traditionally exchange Valentine’s cards, chocolates, and flowers.
Valentine’s Day is the most popular day for a man to ask a woman to marry him, as well as the most popular day to have the wedding ceremony.
Cupid, the god of love, is the one of the most common symbols of Valentine’s day. It is said, that if Cupid’s arrow hits you, you will fall in love with the next person you meet!
