Quantum Physics is a branch of science where all the normal rules are suspended. It studies the sub-atomic world of energy particles. The sub-atomic world is completely different to the world we live in.
For example, in quantum physics it is possible for things to be in two places at the same time. There is even the famous idea of Schrödinger’s Cat, where a cat, theoretically, can be dead and alive at the same time. Of course, that sounds impossible in our world. But not in the magical sub-atomic world.
There is so much that scientists do not understand about quantum physics. However, what they do know is amazing.
As the quantum physicist Niels Bohr said, “If you are not shocked by quantum theory, you don’t understand it.”
