Research and development is one of the key elements in finding competitive solutions in challenging business times. But are companies willing to spend more money on R & D this year?
Technology-250

This week we will watch a video from the Economist about R & D and about the role of technology in practical solutions.

Questions to think about….

1. How much does your company/organisation spend on research and development?

2. How much time do you personally spend on researching or developing my own business or work tasks to improve my productivity?

3. “American technology companies have become complacent.” Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

4. How can research and development contribute to cost reductions in your department?

5. Give me two examples of how time and resources in your company or organisation have been spent to achieve a significant accomplishment.
